Will you market to my client or try to take over the relationship?

No. You referred the deal, so you stay the point of contact. We work the file and keep you updated throughout, rather than going around you.

What kinds of deals can I send you?

Fix & flip, bridge, DSCR, construction, commercial, cash-out, land, and other business-purpose financing. If we can’t fund it directly, we often know a partner in our network who can.

Do I need to be a licensed broker to refer deals?
