Michael Daniel Investments is led by Michael Petrosian — a private lender with decades of experience and over $100 million in completed home projects and financing. MDI exists to serve two groups that traditional finance regularly fails: homeowners in distress and real estate investors who need to move fast.

Michael Petrosian has spent decades in the real estate market — analyzing deals, structuring financing, and finding solutions that work when conventional options don’t. That experience means we understand the urgency of a homeowner facing foreclosure, and we understand what an investor needs to get a deal across the finish line.
